Overview

The covered Online System PL-B3150 for atmospheric plasma treatment is a high-speed, automated

surface activation solution designed for seamless integration into production lines. It features a 440 mm

conveyor width with transport speeds up to 30 m/min and an X-axis movement range of 440 mm at up to

500 mm/s, allowing rapid and precise processing of a wide range of parts. The system supports up to three

plasma torches that can be installed and combined to optimize treatment coverage and intensity.

Programming and motion control are handled via an Omron PLC, providing reliable, flexible automation

and easy integration with existing equipment. The enclosed design enhances operator safety and ensures

stable, repeatable plasma performance in industrial environments.
