Overview

PL-5050P Plasma System delivers highly effective surface treatments for conductive, non-conductive and semi-conductive surfaces to improve surface adhesion properties prior to bonding, printing, sealing, and usage of adhesives.The plasma treater clean, etch, functionalize surfaces, and improve the surface adhesion significantly.

PL-5050P is a plasma surface treater with a rotary-nozzle system (standard). The different treatment width working optimal on various surfaces. This model is available with 7 different nozzles.

1. Easy and Quick Installation:  the system has only to be connected to the power and compressed air supply without any adjustment of the power or air.
2. Controllable Operating System:  manual and automatic control systems are integrated.
3. Output Discharge Control:  drops the power below a pre-set level, the system offers necessary alarm signals.

Plasma generator adopts German technology and is mainly assembled with imported parts and components.
