Overview

The Automatic Contact Angle Measurement System CA02 is designed for precise and efficient surface wettability analysis in laboratories, research institutes, and industrial quality control applications. Featuring a standard 130 × 150 mm sample table and a 60 mm droplet movement distance with 0.01 mm positioning accuracy, the system ensures stable and repeatable measurement performance. Its automatic voluntary dripping method combined with a 1000 µL micro-syringe enables accurate liquid dispensing for both static and dynamic contact angle measurements on various material surfaces. A highresolution camera operating at 80 frames per second captures detailed droplet behavior in real time, providing reliable analysis of surface energy, adhesion, and wetting properties.

Scope of Application
