Overview

The covered Smart Plasma Processing System integrates a 5- to 6-axis robotic arm with advanced

atmospheric plasma technology to deliver precise and automated surface treatment solutions. Designed

for maximum flexibility, various robot models are available to match specific customer requirements,

payload capacities, and working envelopes. The system can be equipped with either a straight jet or rotary

plasma torch, enabling uniform treatment of complex 3D geometries and large-area components. An

integrated conveyor belt ensures seamless in-line production and continuous material flow for high

efficiency manufacturing environments. Controlled by a PLC system with an intuitive touch screen

interface, the platform allows easy parameter adjustment, recipe management, and real-time process

monitoring. Its fully enclosed design enhances operational safety, process stability, and clean integration
