Kararl\u0131 500W plazma jenerat\u00f6r\u00fc ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sistem, hassas ve y\u00fcksek de\u011ferli bile\u015fenler i\u00e7in uygun, homojen ve kontroll\u00fc plazma i\u015flemi sa\u011flar.
