Bagian yang dicetak harus mencapai sudut kontak air di bawah 80\u00b0 sambil berhasil melewati uji ketahanan alkohol 400 siklus yang menuntut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pengembangan Proses Plasma<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk memenuhi persyaratan ini, aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan Sistem Plasma Vakum Keylink dengan proses perawatan plasma dua tahap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tahap pertama terdiri dari pra-perlakuan selama 180 detik menggunakan campuran gas 95% argon (Ar) dan 5% hidrogen (H\u2082).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plasma ini secara efektif menghilangkan kontaminan organik, residu pemrosesan, dan lapisan batas yang lemah dari permukaan PTFE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penambahan hidrogen meningkatkan efisiensi pembersihan dengan membantu mengurangi oksida permukaan dan meningkatkan penghilangan kontaminan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah tahap pembersihan, tabung diaktifkan menggunakan plasma amonia (NH\u2083) 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waktu perlakuan amonia divariasikan hingga total durasi proses 840 detik untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh waktu perlakuan terhadap aktivasi permukaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plasma NH\u2083 memasukkan gugus fungsional yang mengandung nitrogen ke permukaan PTFE sekaligus meningkatkan energi permukaan material tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modifikasi kimia ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pembasahan dan menciptakan situs aktif untuk adhesi tinta yang tahan lama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proses yang dioptimalkan menghasilkan hasil perawatan yang sangat baik dan sangat dapat diulang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kinerja Aktivasi Permukaan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PTFE yang tidak diolah menunjukkan sudut kontak air \u2265104\u00b0, yang menegaskan karakteristik permukaannya yang sangat hidrofobik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah hanya 300 detik perawatan plasma NH\u2083, sudut kontak menurun drastis hingga \u22647,0\u00b0.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengurangan ini menunjukkan peningkatan energi permukaan yang cukup untuk pembasahan yang sangat baik oleh tinta cetak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hubungan antara waktu perlakuan amonia dan sudut kontak diilustrasikan dalam bagan proses terlampir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seiring bertambahnya waktu perawatan, sudut kontak secara bertahap menurun hingga aktivasi permukaan maksimum tercapai. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Permukaan PTFE yang telah diolah menunjukkan kemampuan pembasahan tinta yang sangat baik dan karakteristik permukaan yang seragam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"245\" src=\"https:\/\/www.keylinktech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/5-3-1024x245.webp\" alt=\"Sudut kontak bervariasi tergantung pada waktu perawatan.\" class=\"wp-image-9911\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.keylinktech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/5-3-1024x245.webp 1024w, https:\/\/www.keylinktech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/5-3-300x72.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.keylinktech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/5-3-768x184.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.keylinktech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/5-3-18x4.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.keylinktech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/5-3-600x144.webp 600w, https:\/\/www.keylinktech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/5-3.webp 1508w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stabilitas Penyimpanan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah perlakuan plasma, sampel yang telah diaktifkan disimpan dalam kondisi laboratorium normal untuk mengevaluasi penuaan permukaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segera setelah perawatan, sudut kontak yang diukur sekitar 7,0\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah disimpan selama satu menit, permukaan tersebut mempertahankan tingkat aktivasi maksimumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seperti yang diharapkan untuk material fluoropolimer, pemulihan hidrofobik parsial terjadi secara bertahap selama penyimpanan.
