Minyak, residu penggulungan, kontaminan organik, dan lapisan oksidasi dapat secara signifikan mengurangi energi permukaan, sehingga mengakibatkan daya rekat yang buruk dan kualitas produk yang tidak konsisten. Produsen terkemuka lembaran dan rol paduan nikel-kromium mencari solusi pembersihan inline yang efisien yang mampu beroperasi pada kecepatan produksi tinggi sambil mempertahankan kualitas perawatan yang konsisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Keylink menerapkan sistem perawatan permukaan plasma atmosfer canggih yang dilengkapi dengan obor plasma berputar yang dirancang khusus (H).<strong>2<\/strong> Obor Plasma Deoksidator). Obor putar ini memiliki diameter nyala plasma 40 mm, memberikan perawatan yang sangat seragam di seluruh permukaan material. Untuk aplikasi yang membutuhkan area perawatan yang lebih luas, tersedia obor plasma dengan lebar perawatan hingga 100 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proses ini dikembangkan untuk material paduan nikel-kromium yang mengandung 75% Ni, 16% Cr, 4,5% Al, dan 0,5% Ti, dengan ketebalan material 0,3 mm. Proses ini menggunakan campuran gas proses terkontrol yang terdiri dari 5% H.<strong>2<\/strong> dan 95% N<strong>2<\/strong> , Sistem plasma tersebut secara efektif menghilangkan kontaminan permukaan sekaligus mengaktifkan permukaan logam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebuah obor plasma putar tunggal mencapai kecepatan pemrosesan mulai dari 2 m\/menit hingga 50 m\/menit, tergantung pada campuran gas yang dipilih dan intensitas pembersihan yang dibutuhkan. Proses plasma atmosfer tanpa kontak menghilangkan kebutuhan akan metode pembersihan kimia basah, mengurangi dampak lingkungan, dan menyederhanakan operasi produksi. Sistem ini mudah diintegrasikan ke dalam jalur produksi roll-to-roll yang sudah ada tanpa modifikasi besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bagi pelanggan yang membutuhkan kapasitas pemrosesan yang lebih tinggi, obor plasma tambahan dapat dipasang secara vertikal. Dengan menggunakan dua atau tiga obor plasma, kecepatan pemrosesan melebihi 100 m\/menit dapat dicapai sambil mempertahankan kinerja pembersihan yang sangat baik dan keseragaman perlakuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efektivitas perawatan plasma diverifikasi melalui pengukuran sudut kontak. Sebelum perawatan, permukaan paduan nikel-kromium menunjukkan sudut kontak \u226591,9\u00b0, yang mengindikasikan energi permukaan rendah dan kontaminasi yang signifikan. Setelah perawatan plasma, sudut kontak berkurang menjadi \u226412,8\u00b0, menunjukkan peningkatan dramatis dalam kemampuan pembasahan dan kebersihan permukaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peningkatan energi permukaan yang signifikan ini memungkinkan peningkatan kinerja adhesi untuk proses manufaktur selanjutnya.
