Obor inovatif ini menghasilkan nyala plasma yang sangat seragam dengan diameter 40 mm, memastikan perawatan yang lengkap dan konsisten di seluruh permukaan material. Untuk aplikasi yang membutuhkan lebar perawatan yang lebih besar, obor plasma juga tersedia dengan lebar pembersihan hingga 100 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proses ini dikembangkan untuk lembaran dan rol paduan nikel-kromium yang terdiri dari 75% Ni, 16% Cr, 4,5% Al, dan 0,5% Ti dengan ketebalan 0,3 mm. Campuran gas yang dioptimalkan secara khusus mengandung 5% H.<strong>2<\/strong> dan 95% N <strong>2<\/strong> Metode ini dipilih untuk memaksimalkan penghilangan kontaminan sekaligus menjaga integritas permukaan paduan. Proses plasma secara efektif menghilangkan residu organik dan mengurangi kontaminan permukaan yang dapat mempercepat penuaan permukaan selama penyimpanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan menggunakan satu obor plasma berputar, kecepatan pemrosesan mulai dari 2 m\/menit hingga 50 m\/menit dapat dicapai, tergantung pada parameter proses dan persyaratan pembersihan yang dipilih. Proses pemrosesan tanpa kontak menghilangkan kebutuhan akan metode pembersihan kimia basah sekaligus memberikan hasil yang sangat berulang. Bagi pelanggan yang membutuhkan throughput produksi yang lebih tinggi, obor plasma tambahan dapat dipasang secara vertikal di atas jalur material. Dengan mengintegrasikan obor kedua atau ketiga, kecepatan pemrosesan melebihi 100 m\/menit dapat dicapai sambil mempertahankan kinerja pembersihan yang luar biasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keefektifan perawatan diverifikasi melalui pengukuran sudut kontak. Sebelum perawatan plasma, paduan nikel-kromium menunjukkan sudut kontak \u226591,9\u00b0, yang mengindikasikan energi permukaan rendah dan adanya kontaminasi permukaan. Setelah perawatan dengan sistem plasma atmosfer Keylink, sudut kontak menurun drastis menjadi \u226412,8\u00b0, menunjukkan kebersihan permukaan yang luar biasa dan kemampuan pembasahan yang jauh lebih baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kondisi permukaan yang lebih baik memberikan manfaat besar bagi pemasok bahan baku dan pelanggannya.
