Obor plasma putar standar memiliki diameter nyala api 40 mm, sementara konfigurasi obor yang lebih besar dengan diameter nyala api hingga 100 mm tersedia untuk mengakomodasi aplikasi lembaran dan gulungan yang lebih lebar. Desain plasma putar memastikan distribusi energi yang sangat seragam di seluruh area perawatan, menghasilkan kinerja pembersihan yang konsisten dan stabilitas proses yang sangat baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lembaran dan gulungan paduan tembaga memiliki ketebalan 0,125 mm dan diproses menggunakan campuran gas yang terdiri dari 5% Hidrogen (H\u2082) dan 95% Nitrogen (N\u2082). Hidrogen secara efektif mengurangi lapisan oksida tipis dan membantu menghilangkan kontaminasi hidrokarbon, sementara Nitrogen menstabilkan pelepasan plasma untuk operasi yang andal dan berulang. Proses plasma atmosfer menghilangkan kontaminan pada tingkat molekuler tanpa kontak mekanis, menjaga integritas material tembaga tipis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kecepatan pemrosesan awal adalah 10 mm\/detik menggunakan satu obor plasma putar. Tergantung pada campuran gas yang dipilih, parameter proses, dan persyaratan pembersihan, kecepatan produksi yang lebih tinggi dapat dicapai. Sampel yang lebih terkontaminasi menunjukkan sudut kontak rata-rata 104,74\u00b0, sedangkan sampel yang kurang terkontaminasi menunjukkan rata-rata 95,5\u00b0 sebelum perlakuan. Setelah perlakuan plasma, sudut kontak rata-rata berkurang menjadi 28,5\u00b0, seperti yang diilustrasikan pada grafik terlampir.
