Esta innovadora antorcha genera una llama de plasma altamente uniforme con un di\u00e1metro de 40 mm, lo que garantiza un tratamiento completo y homog\u00e9neo en toda la superficie del material. Para aplicaciones que requieren mayor ancho de tratamiento, tambi\u00e9n se encuentran disponibles antorchas de plasma con anchos de limpieza de hasta 100 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso se desarroll\u00f3 para l\u00e1minas y rollos de aleaci\u00f3n de n\u00edquel-cromo compuestos por 75% Ni, 16% Cr, 4,5% Al y 0,5% Ti con un espesor de 0,3 mm. Se utiliz\u00f3 una mezcla de gases especialmente optimizada que conten\u00eda 5% H.<strong>2<\/strong> y 95% N <strong>2<\/strong> Se seleccion\u00f3 este m\u00e9todo para maximizar la eliminaci\u00f3n de contaminantes, preservando al mismo tiempo la integridad de la superficie de la aleaci\u00f3n.
