Durante el laminado, estampado, almacenamiento y manipulaci\u00f3n, la superficie del material suele contaminarse con aceites de laminaci\u00f3n, residuos de oxidaci\u00f3n, compuestos org\u00e1nicos y part\u00edculas en suspensi\u00f3n. Estos contaminantes no solo reducen la adherencia, sino que tambi\u00e9n disminuyen el brillo met\u00e1lico natural de la superficie del cobre. La antorcha de plasma giratoria est\u00e1ndar tiene un di\u00e1metro de llama de 40 mm, mientras que existen configuraciones m\u00e1s grandes con di\u00e1metros de llama de hasta 100 mm para aplicaciones con l\u00e1minas y bobinas m\u00e1s anchas. El dise\u00f1o de plasma giratorio garantiza una distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda altamente uniforme en toda el \u00e1rea de tratamiento, lo que se traduce en un rendimiento de limpieza constante y una excelente estabilidad del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las l\u00e1minas y rollos de aleaci\u00f3n de cobre ten\u00edan un espesor de 0,125 mm y se procesaron utilizando una mezcla de gases compuesta por hidr\u00f3geno (H\u2082) 5% y nitr\u00f3geno (N\u2082) 95%. El hidr\u00f3geno reduce eficazmente las capas delgadas de \u00f3xido y ayuda a eliminar la contaminaci\u00f3n por hidrocarburos, mientras que el nitr\u00f3geno estabiliza la descarga de plasma para un funcionamiento fiable y repetible. El proceso de plasma atmosf\u00e9rico elimina los contaminantes a nivel molecular sin contacto mec\u00e1nico, preservando la integridad del material de cobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La velocidad de procesamiento inicial fue de 10 mm\/segundo con una sola antorcha de plasma rotativa. Dependiendo de la mezcla de gases seleccionada, los par\u00e1metros del proceso y los requisitos de limpieza, se pueden alcanzar velocidades de producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s altas. Para la fabricaci\u00f3n en grandes vol\u00famenes, se puede instalar una segunda o tercera antorcha de plasma rotativa en disposici\u00f3n vertical, lo que aumenta significativamente la productividad manteniendo una excelente uniformidad de limpieza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La eficacia de la limpieza se verific\u00f3 mediante mediciones del \u00e1ngulo de contacto antes y despu\u00e9s del tratamiento con plasma. Las muestras m\u00e1s contaminadas presentaron un \u00e1ngulo de contacto promedio de 104,74\u00b0, mientras que las menos contaminadas mostraron un promedio de 95,5\u00b0 antes del tratamiento. Tras el tratamiento con plasma, el \u00e1ngulo de contacto promedio se redujo a 28,5\u00b0, como se muestra en el gr\u00e1fico adjunto. Esta reducci\u00f3n sustancial confirma la eliminaci\u00f3n efectiva de la contaminaci\u00f3n superficial y un aumento significativo de la energ\u00eda superficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de la notable mejora en la humectabilidad, el cliente observ\u00f3 una superficie met\u00e1lica con un aspecto mucho m\u00e1s brillante y uniforme tras el tratamiento. La eliminaci\u00f3n de las pel\u00edculas superficiales y la ligera contaminaci\u00f3n por \u00f3xido restaur\u00f3 el brillo natural de la aleaci\u00f3n de cobre, lo que permiti\u00f3 que el material cumpliera con los requisitos de calidad tanto t\u00e9cnicos como visuales.
