Existen tres puntos espec\u00edficos donde esa uni\u00f3n se rompe si no se prepara la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las superficies no tratadas crean puntos d\u00e9biles en la interfaz de uni\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pretratamiento con plasma activa tanto la carcasa de pol\u00edmero como los pines met\u00e1licos en una misma pasada. Sin \u00e9l, la adhesi\u00f3n de la silicona o el epoxi var\u00eda entre ambos materiales. La interfaz m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil se convierte en el punto de fallo bajo tensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El ciclo t\u00e9rmico ampl\u00eda esas brechas con cada ciclo de calor.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los pines met\u00e1licos y las carcasas de pl\u00e1stico tienen coeficientes de dilataci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica diferentes. Sin una uni\u00f3n a nivel molecular en la interfaz, los ciclos repetidos de calentamiento abren y cierran microfisuras en la uni\u00f3n. Cada ciclo permite una mayor entrada de humedad, lo que degrada progresivamente la resistencia del aislamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La delaminaci\u00f3n del recubrimiento comienza en los bordes y avanza hacia el interior.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La delaminaci\u00f3n se inicia en el per\u00edmetro del recubrimiento, en el punto de menor adhesi\u00f3n, y avanza hacia el interior. Una superficie tratada con plasma proporciona el anclaje mec\u00e1nico y qu\u00edmico necesario para resistir este fen\u00f3meno bajo cargas t\u00e9rmicas y de vibraci\u00f3n sostenidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo previene el tratamiento con plasma la propagaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales indeseadas y protege la integridad de la se\u00f1al?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La corriente de fuga se produce por la superficie de un aislante en lugar de a trav\u00e9s del conductor. Es uno de los modos de fallo m\u00e1s comunes en los conectores automotrices de alta tensi\u00f3n y uno de los m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de diagnosticar en las devoluciones de campo. El estado de la superficie es la variable determinante en todos los casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las superficies de baja energ\u00eda retienen la humedad y permiten la filtraci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una superficie contaminada o de baja energ\u00eda retiene la humedad y proporciona una v\u00eda conductora continua a trav\u00e9s del aislante. Una superficie tratada con plasma elimina la capa de contaminaci\u00f3n y eleva el umbral de energ\u00eda al que la humedad puede formar esa pel\u00edcula continua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El encapsulado incompleto provoca fugas y atenuaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El factor cr\u00edtico para la integridad de la se\u00f1al es la calidad del encapsulado. Un compuesto de encapsulado que humedezca y se adhiera completamente no deja huecos microsc\u00f3picos en la interfaz. Los huecos en el rango de micras bajas son suficientes para iniciar fugas el\u00e9ctricas y atenuaci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al en aplicaciones de transmisi\u00f3n de alta frecuencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retrasar el encapsulado m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del per\u00edodo de activaci\u00f3n debilita el v\u00ednculo.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La activaci\u00f3n del plasma disminuye con el tiempo a medida que las mol\u00e9culas tratadas se reorganizan y los contaminantes atmosf\u00e9ricos se readsorben.
