Seleccione el bol\u00edgrafo Dyne adecuado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elija un Dyne Pen o un fluido de prueba Dyne (botellas y cepillo) con un valor de tensi\u00f3n superficial mN\/m (dina\/cm) cercano al objetivo de su proceso.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valores comunes: <strong>38, 42, 46, 50, 54 mN\/m <\/strong>(dinas\/cm), dependiendo de la aplicaci\u00f3n.<ul><li>Para impresi\u00f3n\/recubrimiento \u2192 t\u00edpicamente <strong>38-42 mN\/m <\/strong>(dinas\/cm)<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para uniones de alta adherencia \u2192 <strong>\u226546 mN\/m <\/strong>(dinas\/cm)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Aplicar la tinta Dyne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usando el Dyne Pen, <strong>dibuja una l\u00ednea recta y continua<\/strong>&nbsp;(~2\u20133 cm) sobre la superficie tratada con plasma.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aplicar suavemente. Evitar ejercer una presi\u00f3n excesiva para evitar rayones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Observe el comportamiento de la tinta (en 2 segundos):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u00ednea continua y uniforme \u2192<\/strong><em>energ\u00eda superficial \u2265 valor dina de la pluma<\/em>&nbsp;\u2714\ufe0f\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se forman perlas o se rompen en gotitas \u2192<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>energ\u00eda superficial &lt; valor dina<\/em>&nbsp;\u274c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Registre el resultado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si la l\u00ednea de tinta permanece intacta durante al menos <strong>2 segundos<\/strong>, el tratamiento es exitoso para ese nivel de dina.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si se forman gotas, vuelva a probar con un bol\u00edgrafo. <strong>nivel dina inferior<\/strong>&nbsp;para encontrar la energ\u00eda superficial real.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Limpiar o retirar seg\u00fan sea necesario<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si no se alcanza el nivel de dina objetivo, <strong>ajustar los par\u00e1metros del plasma<\/strong>&nbsp;(potencia, velocidad, gas) o <strong>repetir el tratamiento<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vuelva a realizar la prueba despu\u00e9s de los ajustes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
