Selbst wenn die Tinte durch eine st\u00e4rker haftende ersetzt wird, f\u00fchrt dies zum Ausfall des Tintenstrahldruckers, und die Regel des Hei\u00dfdrucks ist eine geringe Effizienz, schlechte Qualit\u00e4t und verursacht leicht Umweltverschmutzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses Problem l\u00e4sst sich mit der Plasma-Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung leicht l\u00f6sen. Auf der Oberfl\u00e4che von PE-Flaschen befinden sich h\u00e4ufig organische Substanzen wie Fett, \u00d6lflecken und Oxidschichten. Um vor dem Tintenstrahldruck oder der Codierung eine saubere, oxidfreie Oberfl\u00e4che zu erhalten, ist eine Plasma-Vorbehandlung erforderlich. Wenn das Plasma auf die Oberfl\u00e4che des Materials gelangt, treten eine Reihe physikalischer und chemischer Reaktionen auf. Bei der physikalischen Reaktion bombardieren die aktiven Partikel die zu reinigende Oberfl\u00e4che, sodass die Schadstoffe von der Oberfl\u00e4che entfernt und freigesetzt werden.
